If you did nothing as a leader but listen, would that be a win? Or is listening without action even worse? Better to know the qualm is not understood than to know it’s ignored.

Who let’s tomorrow worth about itself? Who offers a question, instead of showing belief? Who pretends to appease instead of protecting what is precious?
