Belgium Guide
Belgium does have the best waffles. But besides that, not much to write home about. Eats Sights I was impressed with the subway system, both reach, ability to navigate, and design were above average. How many times did I mention waffles in this guide?

Getting your first customers. Doing a lot of things that don’t scale. Trying to find what inputs lead to positive outputs. A lot of throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks. And a lot of things not sticking.
