I’m never more distractable then when I’m walking down street in Vietnam. Did you smell that? What’s that fruit? Do they have my favorite street waffle at this stand?

You never know unless you try. You’re in a city of 9 million with one Michelin star restaurant. It requires a two week in advance reservation. You ask day of if they have any openings. You get in.
