If I had to choose breakfast or sleep after no sleep, I’d choose sleep. If I had to choose $100 or sleep after no sleep, I’d choose sleep. If I had to choose not eating In-N-Out for a year or sleep after no sleep, I’d choose sleep. Is this what parenting is like?

When you experience something new, what do you learn about yourself? A preconceived notion that’s obliterated? A new taste that’s discovered.

The streets are packed. People view it as more of an excuse to dress up than anything else. The smell of fresh fruit, stuffed pancakes, and grilled meat waft through the street.

There’s nothing like being sick to make you grateful. Grateful for health. Grateful for support. Grateful for the luxury of rest without loss.
