There’s a lot of time during the day when I’m just thinking.
My hands are preoccupied but my mind is focused.
You may frequently find yourself in a similar position. When you’re driving, making dinner, cleaning your room, doing yard work or walking outside.
These are all great opportunities to listen to podcasts.
If the hours spent commuting were spent listening to audiobooks, the average person would near the education level of a Ph.D.
Podcasts provide the opportunity for you to hear advice and in-depth conversations with people who you probably wouldn’t have access to on your own. And with the wide variety of podcasts available you can surely find a podcast on a topic you’re interested in.
Here are two of my favorite podcasts episodes I’ve listened to this week:
The Speaker Lab: Specifically the episode with Vinh Giang. Very informative and great practical advice for people interested in conquering the world public speaking.
Red Podcast: I enjoy the style of the Red Podcast and find the topics informative and interesting.
Podcasting has and will continue to consistently serve as a medium for some of the most helpful and accessible sources of information on the internet. Take advantage of it.
