spend your time where your passion is

It’s not hard to fall into the routine of poor scheduling and bizzy work. In fact, I would argue it’s an active battle to prevent slipping into energy draining and cumbersome tasks.

If you often find yourself spending your time in areas where you feel it’s wasted or boring this post is for you.

  1. Learn to say no

Not every opportunity, conversation or person is worth your time.

Become comfortable with saying no.

2. Prioritize

Your time is a resource.

You’ve most likely met an occupied Olivia. Someone who constantly complains about how many demands and activities they are a  part of but continues to sign up for the same tasks year after year.

Don’t follow this example.

Mastery comes with practice. Start by analyzing what activities are important to you and make them a priority in your life. Similarly, rid your schedule of meaningless work.
