I just got accepted into the Junior Park Rangers in Alaska to put out forest fires!
My friends and I are hitting all 7 continents and Mars over spring break.
I just had my last prom and was elected prom queen and Vice Principal!
My boyfriend got me 16 puppies, and they were all born potty trained!
Although clearly unrealistic, these statements may sound similar to those constantly filling up your news feeds.
My point, there’s a lot of noise, constantly.
It can often appear that everyone, is on top of the world, all the time.
Everyone seems to be living their dream life.
Here’s a bit of the red pill, it’s all a facade.
For the most part, 99% is white noise.
So much can be falsely portrayed.
And when fiction is displayed as the reality, of course, it’s hard to tell the difference.
The worst thing you can do is compare yourself to this unrealistic noise.
And if that means unfollowing or deleting to prevent seeing someone else’s unrealistic success, do it.
And to the people that are killing it in real life, that’s great, but again if their success is affecting you, unsubscribe.
