Come on, it’s 2018!

This is a phrase you may hear often used to express disbelief in old fashion methods.

When robots serve you coffee and you don’t need to watch the road because your car drives itself, it’s easy to get into a mindset of relying on technology. In fact, you may find yourself asking the question, “why wouldn’t I rely on technology?”

I’m not here to say it’s always bad to relying on technology.

However, I urge people to be cautious of how they view technology. Technology although a great reasource is ultimately just a tool to help us accomplish bigger and better things.  And even the greatest forms of technology cannot replace the ultimate superpower that everyone possesses regardless of their socioeconomic standpoint.

And that is the power of the brain.

An organism so complex and capable that we are constantly discovering new functions and abilities in the present day. Don’t depend on technology to the point where it replaces the power and uniqueness of the human mind.
