Equality, a modern-day buzzword if there ever was one.

This word, now thrown around with incorrect connotations and values, once held a very different meaning.

Modern equality no longer means, the individual freedom to act and the possibility to gain, but the entitlement to sit and receive.

What once served as a fundamental value of the U.S has changed to encompass a toxic sense of entitlement.

This is the attitude, and values, that the modern egalitarian holds to.

This view of equality pushes that all deserve equal access to opportunities. A demand that can only be hypothetically fulfilled by the state.

As you may fortuitously see, this view barricades individual freedom, hard work, and often the way to success.
