The world is a ruthless and dark place.

To whatever degree, or extent, you believe this is true, I present a case for you to hold in parallel another belief.

You too do not need to become ruthless to survive in this world.

Peace is not built on a foundation of fear. 

To whatever degree this world is ruthless, it is because of our collective actions that have made it so – therefore as we change ourselves, we change the world.

In order to beneficially change our world, we need to act in opposition to whatever dark and ugly aspects we don’t like. 

The same holds true for businesses. 

A business is made up individuals.

Therefore if you want to change the way a business functions, you need to change the way the people function within it.

If you want to change the direction the business is taking, you must change the direction the people are running. 

Positive change, peace is not built on a foundation of fear.
