You might not enjoy ice cream.
You might not appreciate a rain.
You might not choose to eat fried squid.
You might not eat sweets.
Whether you identify with any of the above, I’m sure there are preferences you are aware of.
However, there are also preferences you are likely not aware of.
What are things you are doing today that you don’t want to. It’s interesting to consider what you are doing simply because others want you to or because you have not taken a moment to look up and travel in a diverging direction from the herd.
You might not value a habit or repetitive action you’re taking.
Not only is that ok, but it’s good to identify what you do and don’t like.
This allows you to spend your time more productively.
