Why You Shouldn’t Be Waiting For Permission

If analyzed closely, I think we have a lot of odd relationships

I’d like to shine a spotlight on one relationship, in particular, which is very odd indeed.

Many of the things you want to do, can do, ought to do, are things that are within your ability, if not arguably far below.

However, when someone in a place of authority, that you respect, gives you permission it changes your perspective

Permission is approval and allowance of an ability that you likely already had.

Why wait for them?

When someone gives you permission it sets expectations. But why let the expectations of others dictate where you go more than your own personal expectations?

Give yourself permission to be the person you want to be and take on the projects, action, responsibility you want to.
