What Do You Delight In?

Without thinking of whether what you delight in is right or wrong, try to answer the question honestly.

What do you delight in?

Are you consciously choosing those things? Are the things you delight in aligned with the things that provide you the most value?

Your emotions are powerful, and to take ownership of them opens a world of opportunity as well as freedom from worry.

It can be easy to feel resentful when someone is boasting, toating an inflated view of themselves.

But don’t buy into the lie that a person’s false view of themselves harm you, or that a person’s false view of themselves needs to be corrected by you.

Instead, I challenge you to delight in the success of others and when boastfulness is being displayed to identify the good within.
