In any situation we can find something to complain about.
We may groan in frustration when the weight of making a decision is put on us.
We may also groan in frustration when a decision is made without us and we must execute it.
However, if you think a little longer you’ll realize there is value in both.
I really appreciate being a part of a decision making process because you have more ownership and can direct the project in a way to be fruitful.
But being focused on executing and not planning a strategy teaches you to follow direction and put aside some of your biases.
If you have a desire, you’ll find a way to identify the positive.
