There is a fourth branch of government, that must come first when building a successful government.

This fourth is composed of highly involved citizen-leaders.

The separation of powers and the system of checks and balances all require this essential unwritten branch.

So the question is, how do we get regular citizens involved?

For reference, the founders taught their children to be involved citizens almost from birth and once they learned to do it through childhood they naturally kept doing it as adults.

The fourth branch of government is imperative to the success of our country, because the Constitution only fully works if a large number of regular citizens stay actively in tune with, and are involved in it’s daily governance.
