Putting comfort ahead of success, produces worse results for everyone.

However, we commonly act in accordance with this falsehood, and it continues to produce subpar results, especially within the work place.

To pave a road to success, specifically for any work environment, two keys are:

• Radical Truth: not filtering one’s thoughts and one’s questions, especially the critical ones.
• Radical Transparency: giving most everyone the ability to see most everything.

Nether key can be upheld without first adopting the belief that: you have nothing to fear from knowing the truth.

This belief must be held to when you are on the receiving end of feedback and when you are on the delivering side.
