This book is killer.

The values and insights that Ray presents frequently change my perspective and bring clarity to real life situation I’m in.

Ray is not only able to articulate the principle clearly but also show exactly how it’s implemented at his hedge fund Bridgewater.

Especially in the volatile environment of a startup, having values to stand on is a priceless asset.
