Ask & Don’t Forget To Listen

People love to talk about themselves.

And honestly that can be quite a good thing.

Especially when those people happen to be your customers, or potential customers.

With a few thoughtful questions you can identify the pain point this customer is trying to solve and if/how you can help .

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, but be especially attentive to their answers.

Because a question is useless if the answer is not listened to. Similarly, the best self help books can have the equivalent value of a TV show if no different action is taken after reading it.
