I know numerous people who can:

• communicate a value proposition
• cook a great meal
• summarize U.S. history
• tell a good joke
• show up to work
• do their job relatively competently

But I know much fewer people in each category who does any of the above with a smile, a go getter sprit (loosely defined as: looking to go above and beyond) while encouraging those around them.

What you do does matter, but how you do it is what will distinguish you.

The good news is even though the later group, focused on the how, is in the minority, the admission costs is not high.

Make a decision, act on it and *poof* you’re in.
