It was two years ago that I attended a conference where I was introduced to the idea of limiting beliefs.
To summarize, I learned that what you believe is what guides your actions and shapes what you think is possible
Because of the impact your beliefs have I reached the realization that:
- You may believe something that is not only not true but harmful and limiting to your potential.
- You can change that belief, once you identify it, and replace it with a different belief.
- You can shape the reality you want.
Today, now two years later, I live a life where I consciously think about what I believe, what I know to be true and what I allow to be accepted as reality.
