Curiosity.
The necessary ingredient for a lifetime of learning.
It’s also the foundation for being able to innovate.
Because in order to think about doing something better you need to be curious about what the current landscape looks like, what other companies doing, what options exist, and what ones you should create.
Being willing to experiment also comes from curiosity. And when you experiment you must be willing to try something new, which includes the potential of failure. So curiosity serves as this great foundational characteristic for what, I believe, a successful company looks like.
Note: I think it’s vitally important for you to embody your companies values, since they should be unique to you. So here’s to asking more questions, and continuing to fuel curiosity.
