Great, your entry level sales people should feel empowered to reach out to you with feedback and insight.
This does not mean every question is thrown to whoever comes to mind first. More so I am advocating for any individual to feel empowered to communicate relevant insights to other parties.
This channel of communication will allow you act quickly to restructure and support your team.
Similar to Steve Jobs philosophy for Apple’s security policy (1:12:00-1:13:00)”Privacy means people know what they’re signing up for, in plain english and repeatedly…Ask them, ask them every time. Ask them until they tell you to stop asking them. Tell them precisely what you’re going to do with their data.”
In a way, we need to have the same approach in communication to maintain a culture of transparency.
Tell people they can reach out to you with any insight or feedback, tell this to them repeatedly. And tell them that if you don’t respond within what they think is a reasonable time frame they should message you again until you acknowledge it.
Clear communication is not easy, but removing whatever role barriers may exist certainly makes it a lot easier.
