Alternatives To Worry

Time is limited, spend it wisely.

Knowing the above to be true, it’s a goal of mine to spend less time, ideal no time, worrying.

Because, worry does not bring a single positive into your life.

It does bring stress and wasted mental energy.

Two alternatives to worry are to: act to resolve what is causing you worry or simply: don’t.

The later can be especially difficult.

Because if you determine you can’t resolve what is causing you worry, and therefore have no control, express gratitude for what you can control and let the worry go.
