Deliberation, Or The Lack Thereof

Habits compared to addictions, what is the difference?

Addictions are persistent, compulsive, dependencies on a behavior or substance.

Inherently addictions are destructive.

A habit on the other hand, is a common behavior that can be healthy or unhealthy, and is done with little or no deliberation.
