If you can’t laugh at it, you lose.

Under normal circumstances, I’m not a fan of ultimatums.

But extremely profound quotes are not normal circumstances.

If the statement holds, exceptions to the quote suggest a powerful lesson.

For example, at a funeral for someone you love you wouldn’t laugh.

And that’s because you can’t always win.

Sometimes we do lose.
