If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

The roads in my life that have been, and will be, uphill and long; I continue to see the vital nature of community.

Although I’d like to think I work out consistently because I have the will power to do so, it’s not.

It’s because I have someone who I meet with regularly to do so.

Although I’d like to think I would call out and address my heart when it’s becoming hard, it’s not.

It’s because I have friends who actively cultivated a space for vulnerability.

Know where you need community, and keep steadfast on the road ahead.
