Because Ydel’s dad is a chef we have been spoiled with amazing food.
Raw shrimp, sublime.
Pork intestine, I’d pay money not to eat again.
Pork rips in a sweet sauce, 11/10.
Tanguyuen, TANGUYUEN!!! Black sesame inside a rice ball.
Also tried stinky tofu for the first time, pictured below. It tasted like cilantro initially and then had a bit of a ‘dirty sock left outside for a few days’ after taste but wasn’t terrible terrible.
