Identify topics you’re interested in learning about e. g. monetizing an AI platform.
Identify skills you’d like to offer others e.g. creating a pricing matrix, job hunting, etc.
Be vocal about the above in conversation.
Ask others about what their goals. Identify if there’s anything you can do to assist.
Replace the mundane introduction questions and instead ask, what’s something you’ve been learning lately? And better yet if you have something to share that you’ve been learning lately.
