Concern Yourself With What You Can Control

Life happens.

Things outside of your control occur.

Maybe you hit every red light on your way home or experience unprecedented bad weather on vacation.

However, we often view external factors as having a greater impact, and importance than it does in reality.

Analogous to how sad people often idolize the “happy lifestyle” of another. But when the sad person is placed in the “happy lifestyle” they would realize it’s not the lifestyle of the happy people but their mindset.

Instead of concerning yourself with what you can not control, focus on what you can control.

You.

An important concept. We should focus on what we can control and trust God for the outcome. He controls the factors that are beyond are control.
