So you have a process.
A replicable series of steps or a particular way of doing that achieve a particular end.
Since you’ve made this process it’s likely you’ve spent a good amount of time repeating it.
However, for the most part, it’s likely that once established your process remains stagnant. After all, by definition, a process is doing the same thing over and over, you can’t afford to always be changing it.
But while you are holding to one way of doing things, innovations are being made that could be benefiting you.
So while having a process is necessary, it’s also necessary to be constantly evaluating other options.
Utilize your refined process, but keep refining.
