Every day this week I commit to being in bed by 11am.*
I’ve been much to tired today and have placed a high value on being well rested.
So I turn the question to you, what are you going to commit to?
We commit to numerous things on a daily basis, but how often do you commit to a result for yourself?
*Clearly, I was tired writing this. To prove a point, and provide something humorous to look back on, I’m going to leave this here to reflect back on in the future.
