Question Everything

It’s crazy how many biases we subconsciously adopt.

Wearing other perspectives, especially ones that don’t align with your commonly held views, can bring valuable new insights.

Do you like to stretch on a daily basis?

Why? What are the benefits? Would your time be best spent elsewhere? What is the goal of your daily stretching? If your goal is to get shredded, is stretching going to get you there the fasts?

Depending on the situation, you may be able to get just as much value from asking yourself these questions introspectively as you would asking someone else.

At the end of the day, you’ll likely miss interesting insight unless you question everything.
