I wrote the below while I was in the Tetons this weekend, it was wonderful.

Today I am in the Tetons. Tomorrow I will be back in Utah.

A primary reason I’m in the Tetons is because it’s beautiful. If that were not the case, myself and thousands if not millions of other people would not have come here.

The point: beauty attracts.

If you think of an onion with multiple layers, some representing logic, action, desire, and will power, beauty can act like a knife cutting through each layer, transcending to bring us to a different conclusion.

This is something I’m just starting to understand from a topical level. However I think it points to a greater message of the power of beauty and the design and purpose of the one who originally created it.
