As 2019 comes to a close it’s awesome to reflect.
Of the books I’ve read in 2019, one of my favorites, which holds a seat in the top 10, is “The One Thing” by Gary Keller.
It shatters the lie of multitasking and the idea that more is better.
It’s a refreshing truth that juggling a lot of things is far less efficient then doing only a few things very well.
This minds-set is an excellent defense against being overwhelmed.
