This excerpt from “The Hounds Of Baskerville” is surprisingly profound.
Although Sherlock is not the most diplomatic or humble in expressing this information, it is true that there is value in seeing someone do, or yourself being an actor, of poor choices as it shines a light on a better course of action.
Today I slid on ice because I took a turn too quickly. Let that be an added ray to the spotlight on taking turns slowly.
