I like to consider risk.
The risk you take when you take action, and the risk you take when you don’t take action.
For example, I just got my wisdom teeth out.
This decision was made primarily because of risk.
The risk of not taking my wisdom teeth out ment that if they do erupt they will move my teeth around, be quite painful, and possibly create an environment prime for infection.
However, it’s also possibly that my wisdom teeth my have never erupted.
Risk because of inaction is something that has greater impact than you my think. We should evaluate it more.
