This is one of my favorite quotes of all time from the iconic fictional character Sherlock Holmes.
It reminds me to be alert and aware of my surroundings.
Pondering this quote in the context of a company I think employees often feel seen and not observed.
Being observed is a precursor to being appreciating.
So go forth and help people observe by showing your work.
