Customer Focused

I’m convinced that being customer focused is the best way to build a sustainable, 100 year business.

Two of my favorite things to remember that help me be customer focused are:

  • Who is your customers customer?
  • Your customers doesn’t want your product, they want the outcome.

It all comes back to the customer.

If you care about how you’re serving them verses watching your competitors or talking about how much you love product, you’ll be miles above the rest.

    I agree with the point you are making but I would put employees over customers. The companies with the best customer support actually prioritize their employees over their customers which makes their employees be in a better frame of mind which in turn leads to a better customer experience. If you feel like someone has your back, you can deal with a lot more from a customer and still be nice.
