Yesterday I flew Singapore airlines.
It was a delightful experience.
I left inspired to personally elevate my level of customer service, and with a better idea of what it would look like to truly love your customer.
First things first, the flight attendants address you as madam and sir, which is so cute. They are all dressed in suits or silky colorful robes, which make you feel like you’re in a different place entirely.
After being given a pair of earbuds, a pillow and blanket it was time to settle in.
Lunch was a choice between the Japanese option: salmon, or an American option: chicken. I chose the Japanese option, and although there were some interesting flavor experiences the pink thing was really good, it wasn’t amazing.
Desert was Häagen-Dazs ice cream, ten points from me!
For dinner we had chicken which rivaled Trader Joe’s chicken.
After sleeping for 5 hours of the 11 hour flight, I got up to stretch and use the bathroom.
After I was done the attendant said to the next person in line “Let me clean it for you.” Their attitude toward customers is assertive and they actually love to help! This was also noticed when at any time I was standing around an attendant would ask if I needed help.
Overall, I’m a fan Singapore airlines.
