It’s incredible to me how powerful the above statement is.

I was listening to an episode of “How I Built This” by Guy Raz and he was interviewing the founders of Life Is Good.

These brothers were so scrappy, because they needed to be.

If you believe the above is true, wouldn’t it be in your best interest to place some constraints on your own life?
