I’ve never been to the field of flowers above.

However I can easily imagine what it would be like to reach out and touch one of the flowers.

The vision is clear.

Analogously, it’s often the role of a leader to paint a vision of what doesn’t exist yet, in a compelling enough way that it makes others see it as well.
