I know very little about a lot.
That statement will always be true.
When I encounter a topic I don’t know much about I have a lot of questions, some might even be good questions.
And answering those questions might help the person explaining to solidify their understanding.
However, encouragement to remind the person who’s working on something new, can also be extremely powerful.
It reminds them that what they’re doing is cool, exciting, worthwhile.
Often, routines cloud the unique nature, the delight, of your work.
