What is risk?

Having one source of income.

I recently finished “The Millionaire Next Door” and this was one of my favorite highlights.

So often security is viewed through the scope of one salary stream from an established company that’s a little above the median annual income.

But through the above perspective, how much risk does that expose yourself to?
