Culture In A Remote Environment

What led you to choose [current work place] over other companies?

For my current job it was the people/culture.

Note: when you’re initially entering the work place your choice is likely drive by proximity and if someone will hire you. As your market value grows and you have more leverage culture continues to go up the priority list.

In the age of remote work it’s interesting to think about how culture/people can still be fel and facilitated.

How will you invest in your people and developing a strong culture in this remote age?
