Establish Non-Negotiables

On a daily basis, what three things are you unwilling to negotiate?

It might be a specific amount of water consumed, a daily walk, or a bedtime.

We often have strong preferences, like the above, that we don’t want to sacrifice.

However, when we don’t establish these preferences as non-negotiables we’re often disappointed when they don’t happen.

If something is important to you, protect it and make space for it happen.

Today, establish your daily, weekly, and monthly non-negotiables.
