Radical Candor Is The Cornerstone Of Feedback

Restricting feedback to a specific window of time, say bi-annual or annual work reflections, is a strategic disadvantage.

In the above context, evaluating everyone’s opinion, and quick turn around times are missed.

Rather, establishing a relationship where the other person knows you care about them opens up the opportunity to give feedback whenever the context is appropriate.

That is radical candor.
