Productive people say no.

They know how to focus.

However, this is contrary to the mindset one develops after spending significant amount of time in most education systems and work environments.

You will find ambition, “Yes, I can do that that.”, is praised.

You never want to say “I can’t do that.”

And although there is a season for saying yes to a lot of different things, when you’re just starting out in your career or trying to identify what you want to do, you will find that as you get older it becomes a game of continuously choose one thing.

This is how you become productive.
