Afraid to learn.

That’s a desolate land I’d never like to visit.

But when someone asks for advice, whether you’re knowledgeable on the topic or not, it’s easy to jump into a position of diagnosis rather than learning.

Learning about the root of the problem.

Why the feel it’s a problem.

What they’ve done in the past to remedy this.

Don’t let your ego get in the way of learning.

Everyone involved will be better off for it.
