Sometimes, more important than the decision itself is the why behind that decision.

Was it to please others?

Was it to avoid having to think for yourself?

Was it from a place of fear?

The internal honesty that is demanded to get a clear answer on your motives is not one to be taken lightly.

But answering that question will provide a better decision framework, and a more fulfilling life, in the end.
