Becoming your best self.
Maybe that’s something you’ve spent a lot of time thinking about.
Carving out a goal for peak performance, mindset, etc.
But what if setting a standard for how you performed at your worst mattered more?
This is the standard which I will not sink below, no matter how bad things get:
– How you treat others.
– How you think about yourself.
– How you approach a situation.
– The self talk, the mindset, the outlook.
Those are all things that can be very powerful at their best, and even more detrimental at their worst.
